Ayesha is our Head of Client Success based in the Netherlands. Originally from India, she grew up in North America and worked in the construction industry before moving to Europe and joining TrendWatching. She enjoys spending her free time on circular economy initiatives, playing football, and honing her Indian cooking skills.

Caitlin grew up in London, with Australian roots. She studied at Central Saint Martins and took part in various exhibitions and artist residencies. As a Trend Analyst, Caitlin brings her passion for textiles, research and innovation to the team. With an open mind and a big smile, she is always eager to discover music from around the globe — Brazil and Uganda being her current favourites.

Gaby is our Head of Finance, handling all finances and admin behind the scenes. A true Amsterdammer, born and raised, she’s been in finance management in the arts sector for more than 10 years. Gaby is passionate and committed to contributing to raising diversity and equity in our society, and raising awareness of locally and sustainably sourced food.

Based in Amsterdam, Galina curates and writes our daily trends feed. She was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon where she started her career as an Art Director at Leo Burnett. Since pursuing her MA in Design Research, Writing, and Criticism at the School of Visual Arts, she has occupied multiple roles in trend research, communication, and design. She’s particularly interested in how products and the built environment can shape cities and transform people’s experiences.

With an MSc in Communication Science, he has also taught at a Bachelor's level and currently serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Amsterdam. James is passionate about collaborating with others to create impactful purpose-driven communications and teaching effective communication strategies that drive positive behaviour change.

Hailing from Russia and having grown up in Italy, she is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam and plans to pursue a career in media, entertainment, communication, or marketing. Julia is passionate about art and design and enjoys spending her free time reading or thrift shopping.

Hailing from Russia and having grown up in Italy, she is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Communication Science at the University of Amsterdam and plans to pursue a career in media, entertainment, communication, or marketing.
