Head of Client Success
Ayesha is our Head of Client Success based in the Netherlands. Originally from India, she grew up in North America and worked in the construction industry before moving to Europe and joining TrendWatching. She enjoys spending her free time on circular economy initiatives, playing football, and honing her Indian cooking skills.
Caitlin grew up in London, with Australian roots. She studied at Central Saint Martins and took part in various exhibitions and artist residencies. As a Trend Analyst, Caitlin brings her passion for textiles, research and innovation to the team. With an open mind and a big smile, she is always eager to discover music from around the globe — Brazil and Uganda being her current favourites.
Chief Operating & People Officer
Gaby is our Head of Finance, handling all finances and admin behind the scenes. A true Amsterdammer, born and raised, she’s been in finance management in the arts sector for more than 10 years. Gaby is passionate and committed to contributing to raising diversity and equity in our society, and raising awareness of locally and sustainably sourced food.
Coordinator of Training & Methodology
Born in Brazil and based in Europe, Giulia coordinates our Training & Methodology team. She has an M.Sc. in Strategic Design focusing on social innovation and believes that trends are a powerful tool for designing better futures. In her free time, you can find her chasing the sun with Gringo, her Norwegian dog with a Latin soul.
Born and raised in Lisbon and having already lived in five different cities, Guilherme is a business developer with experience in multiple startups who wants to grow businesses into forces for positive change. He successfully completed his MA in Marketing in Rotterdam and relocated to Amsterdam, where you can find him digging through new music or playing football.
Content Analysis Trainee
Laura is our Content Analysis Trainee with the curiosity-driven personality. She supports the TrendWatching Content team by connecting and researching all the fascinating, innovative gems that the LATAM region has to offer the world. Laura is a Colombian-born and raised professional who is passionate about reading, the Japanese language, and making new pizza recipes in her free time.
Junior Marketing Manager
After growing up in Tokyo and Vancouver, Momoka is now studying Business and Sustainability at the University of Amsterdam. Momoka is committed to building a better future and believes that education can lead the way for sustainability and social innovation. She loves to play the trumpet and bike around the city of Amsterdam in her free time.

Rebone is our South African-born Content Writer and Editor. With a background in anthropology, strategy, and storytelling - she now uses her skills to unearth how shifts in culture impact human behavior and the pace of innovation. She feels the most fulfilled when she adds her voice to causes that make a meaningful impact.
Having covered LGBTQ+ issues, travel and lifestyle trends as a writer and editor at The Telegraph and SUITCASE Magazine, Robbie joined TrendWatching after becoming curious about how businesses can build a better tomorrow – one in which profit and purpose harmoniously coexist. When he’s not exploring innovations from his home office in London, Robbie enjoys scoping out the city’s less-obvious running routes.
Sanya is our Junior Designer based in Rotterdam. Originally from Austria, she moved countries to study Animation and Film at the WDKA - building on her previous design degree. She loves creating playful work that tells a story and experimenting with different techniques. In her free time, she likes to hunt for treasures at the thrift store.
Client Success and Finance Admin Coordinator
Born and raised in the Netherlands with Chinese and Cambodian roots, Sou Lang is our Client Success and Finance Admin Coordinator. During her studies in International Music Management, the subject of her thesis was “change management within the live events and music industry in regards to the 3P’s (People, Planet, Profit) of sustainability”. Sou Lang’s obsessions are food, family, and friends. When she’s not keeping busy with work, you can find her at the beach, happily munching on whatever and in good company.
Thomas is TrendWatching’s Head of Research, working closely with our Content team to map out global, meaningful consumer trends and insights. He previously worked as a Trends and Innovations consultant in Germany and South Africa, and believes that the time for business as a force for good — championing sustainability, well-being and equality — is now.
