We are looking for a Project Manager, based in Amsterdam, to work directly beside our COO in managing our daily operations and putting organisational structures into place. It's a unique opportunity for someone to work and support a cross-disciplinary team, being 100% hands-on.
The perfect candidate will have previous experience implementing structures that streamline business operations without compromising creativity. Our team is young, inclusive and agile – functioning much like a start-up – so innovation and flexibility are highly valued. We're looking for someone meticulously organized who can nail the small details without losing sight of the bigger picture. Needless to say, digital problem-solving skills are a must.
This new, tailor-made position will be extremely rewarding for someone who enjoys seeing digital projects through from inception to completion, and offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth within the company.
Our team works remotely across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Berlin, Sāo Paulo, Singapore, London and Barcelona, so being able to collaborate and support the team remotely is key.

💼 Your responsibilities:
- Overseeing all ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Setting realistic goals with stakeholders and achieving them in a timely manner.
- Working with the COO and the Founder to ensure that capacity and resources are managed appropriately.
- Problem-solving. We're faced with new and exciting challenges every single day. Your role involves both identifying them and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Helping the COO to manage daily operations and roadmap future projects.

- You have 4+ years of project management experience in a dynamic environment.
- You care deeply about sustainability, equity, well-being and organisational impact.

- You have a solid command of English, both spoken and written.
