At TrendWatching, we practise what we preach. And so, when we asked “is your brand ready to turn barriers into opportunities?” We took it as a chance to look inwards. We got clued up on meta-data, created an audio transcript of our report (more to come in the future), invited people with experience of disabilities to brainstorm with us and enshrined their insights in a new appendix to our in-house style guide.
