Just before many European offices pulled down their shutters (or rather, closed their webcams) and headed off for summer break, we managed to squeeze in various client gigs. From a keynote presentation for Qglue in India to an Academy-themed workshop with MBA students at HEC in Paris, here is an edited snapshot of what we got up to in July.
A handful of TrendWatching’s July gigs…
Qglue – Nia Christy, one of our Senior Trend Analysts based in Singapore, presented a keynote to the India-based tech innovation company, Qglue.
Change Pilots – Meanwhile, Erick Smet, another of our Senior Trend Analysts, took part in the Design Talks Business Summit as part of the Gdynia Design Days festival. The topic of his presentation? How to earn the respect of tomorrow's purpose-driven consumers.
Verizon – Erick also presented a keynote to employees at the US-based telco Verizon.
HEC Paris – Livia Fioretti, Senior Trend Analyst and Head of Academy, checked in with MBA students at HEC Paris. In her keynote presentation and workshop, she explained how to scan and spot emerging trends – drawing upon content from module two of our TrendWatching Academy online course.
HP – Vicki Loomes, Head of Premium Content, pulled together a bespoke trend report for the technology company HP.
