1. Is this a sales event? No! Our Trend Seminars are the service — the focus is 100% on you soaking up and then running with as many insights as possible. And as we're independent, there aren't any sponsors, either. 

2. What if I buy now but can't make it? You can transfer your ticket to a colleague at any time. If that's not an option, you'll receive a refund.
